NET-A-PORTER LAUNCHES RALPH & RUSSO’S FIRST READY-TO-WEAR COLLECTION AS THEIR EXCLUSIVE ONLINE RETAIL PARTNER

This April NET-A-PORTER launches haute couture brand, Ralph & Russo’s first Ready-to-Wear collection as their exclusive online retail partner. Over the past seven years, Tamara Ralph and Michael Russo have created the largest haute couture atelier in the world and gained international recognition for their breath-taking designs. For Spring Summer 2018 the British brand has produced its first ever Ready-to-Wear collection that retains the collection’s signature glamour and remains true to its couture DNA.

Shown during London Fashion Week last September, the Ready-to-Wear collection represents a new and luxurious iteration of day to evening dressing. Launching on NET-A-PORTER with 18 pieces including accessories, the collection mixes day time chic with evening sophistication, reinterpreting traditional daywear with their signature high octane glamour.  Blouses are presented in dusky rose with asymmetrical details; the traditional trench is elevated into a shimmering rose gold bonded silk crêpe version, featuring bespoke signature crested buttons and epaulettes.

 

Stand-out styles, evocative of the couture collection manifest in the form of a sheer, blush pink gown with hexagon netted lace, flared sleeves and fully encrusted with degradé crystal embroidery. Ralph & Russo’s celestial Eden pump are available in black patent and gold with ornamental filigree leaves spiralling up the heel recalling the beauty of a lost paradise, as if from an enchanted fairy-tale.
